{make this} Blueberry Mojitos from Eat, Live, Run

I don’t like blueberries so I can’t explain how I came home from the store with a huge container of them, but I definitely wasn’t going to eat them raw so I figured my best bet was a cocktail. Turns out, I was right. These blueberry mojitos from Eat, Live, Run were hella good. I can’t highly recommend them enough.

I searched the highs and lows of the internet for a recipe. (OK, so I actually just searched like the first two pages of Google results for “blueberry mojito” but I consider that exhaustive.) Most of the recipes involved muddling the blueberries (laaaazy, right?) but this one involved making a blueberry syrup so I knew it would be better, because syrups are pretty much always better when it comes to cocktails. I didn’t add as much club soda as the recipe recommends, because I don’t like a weak drink, so feel free to tweak ratios to your taste. But do, do, DO make these before the last blueberries are gone!
